We have customized hampers for all occasions including baby announcements, wedding, corporate gifting, anniversaries, birthday, etc to name a few. 

Keeping in mind our customer’s budget we have kept our decoration charges for gift hampers starting from Rs 600. We have wide variety of designs for baby announcements in pinewood, metal, glass and boxes ranging from Rs 170-1200. We cover a wide range of products for wedding right from Ring Platter, Varmala, Coin Platters, envelopes, invitation gifts, etc which can be checked in the respective category. 

Yes. This can be done through two ways. You arrange the gifts and share your theme and we prepare it accordingly. In another case, you can share the occasion and we can give you multiple options for decoration and customize further. Mostly, customers arrange the gifts for us and we turn it into a hamper. However, for comfort we have given our customers the option to ask us in arranging the gifts and subsequently decorate it. This idea perfectly defines our customization and personalization theme. Absolutely yes. Suppose it’s some birthday, you may give a personal wish message with a gift card and include in your hamper (charges applicable). 

Customized gift hampers are presently served domestically in Kolkata. However, our products for baby announcements, wedding requirements, corporate gifts are shipped PAN India.

For gift hampers we generally take 1 day depending on orders. Slightly longer for bulk orders like baby announcements and corporate gifting for which we require 7-8 days. Shipping options are available through road, rail and air with courier of your choice or through our assigned partners.  

If the parcel is local then it gets delivered through local delivery service like Swiggy Genie, My carry box or Uber Connect. For outstation deliveries, the charges is dependent upon the weight of the parcel which can be in volume or actual weight. We have our assigned partners but we give our customers a preference to choose their own delivery partner. 

After booking, the bill and tracking ID is shared with the customer. Post that, we remain in constant touch with the delivery partner until the product is delivered. CCS has roughly mentioned the delivery estimate. However, it may vary in unforeseen circumstances of vehicle breakdown, order pressure, remote locations, etc. 

Our products are nicely bubble wrapped, supported with thermocol and put it in a carton box which makes it extremely safe for transport. However, in rare circumstances if product gets damaged, we issue a refund for the loss caused. 

We accept online mode of transactions in form of NEFT, RTGS, UPI, etc. We also accept payment through cheques and cash. Half payment is done at the time of order and rest half at the time of delivery.
